SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping within the EU. However, if you happen to live outside of this region, please contact us at info@rawstraw.se and we will try our best to make sure that our rawstraws can be delivered to you. 

Our shipping rates are calculated as a flat rate based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected and the region where your order will be shipped. Within Sweden, we send all of our packages with Postnord or Shiplink. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 days from our production facility and our ambition is to deliver your order within two weeks of the order placement, with subject to delays. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays may take longer to arrive.

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer free shipping but this is something we hope to introduce soon. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. So, if you for any reason are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@rawstraw.se within 30 days of your order placement and we'll be happy to help you out. Make sure to mention why you are dissatisfied with your purchase so that we can improve our customer experience until next time. Refunds will normally take between 5-10 working days to process. Please note that if we receive requests that exceed the 30 days after your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


Due to hygienic reasons, we do not always accept returns. We’ll be happy to discuss your order with you and help resolve any issues that you might have as quickly as possible. Just get in touch with us at info@rawstraw.se. If a return is possible, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee back to us. When your return has been administered, you will receive confirmation of this via email. The administration usually takes place 3-5 working days after we have received your return.
